Event Planning
Managed company wide event calendar, including trade shows, speaking engagements, and annual User Group conference. I developed detailed plans for at least 15 events a year , both domestic and international, including timelines, vendors, budgets, and event promotion, leading creative direction and messaging for booth displays and collateral.
Speaking Engagement
I created outlines, talking points and content for the deck, including visuals and copy for all company presentations and speaking engagements. I also advertised the presentations through out the conferences with flyers.
